Day 1: AIRPORT – LJUBLJANA – SLOVENIA COAST

Upon arrival, you will be met by your private guide at the airport Ljubljana. After a short drive, stop in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Visit the attractive bridges, the most significant buildings and monuments of the old city center and the Ljubljana castle. The rest of the day is at leisure. You may shop or explore the city on your own. Afterwards, continue to the Slovenian coast. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 2: SOCERB CASTLE - HRASTOVLJE VILLAGE

The day is designed for visit of the Socerb Castle from 13^th century. The castle stands on the edge of 300m – high Karst cliff offering a beautiful view to the Golf of Trieste. The tour continues with a short drive to the Hrastovlje village, which is well-known for the church of the Holy Trinity and its famous frescos. Free afternoon for enjoy yourself. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 3: LAKE BLED – VRŠIČ PASS – SOČA RIVER

The day is reserved for visit some of the famous Slovenian highlights. Drive past Ljubljana and visit an Alpine pearl resort Bled. Bled is known for the mountain lake with a tiny island in the middle and for the Bled Castle, which is built on a precipice above the city. Continue drive to the highest Slovenian road pass Vršič and through beautiful Trenta valley with emerald Soča River. Visit the Trenta museum with impressive exhibitions of the Trenta valley's ethnic, cultural and historical heritage. Along the way some stops for magnificent views and photo moments. Return on Slovenian coast for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: HISTORICAL PIRAN

After breakfast we take a time for the tour to Piran. It is one of the three oldest Slovenian town with full of Italian charm. Walk through the old center with visiting of the Tartini square and the Church of St. George from 14th century. Some free time for a cap of coffee or short stroll. Return to hotel via panoramic drive passing Portorož and Sečovlje Salt-pans on route. The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 5: POSTOJNA CAVE – LIPICA STUD FARM – KARST REGION

Breakfast, and head to Postojna for visit the cave which is the world’s longest system of the caves, open to the public. Visit the underground world of magnificent caverns with the miniature electric train and by foot. Drive to Karst Region and visit the Lipica Stud Farm, a cradle of the world famous Lipizzaner horses. Founded in 1580 during the Habsburg monarchy, it has been boasting of the tradition of breeding and selecting pure-breed horses. We continue towards Lokev village where is located Pršutarna Lokev. It is considered to be the oldest prosciutto producer in Slovenia. In their offer are first class Karst meat products. Enjoy the tasting of their products. Return to your hotel via Italy. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 6: TASTE OF COUNTRYSIDE

Start the day with free time to relax and enjoy. In the afternoon visit the Istrian countryside. Drive to a Lopar village, for see the Brdinc's house as a typical Istrian old house. Then continue with a visiting of wine cellar with tasting of the local wines, olive oil, olives, cheese and home-made bread. In the evening, head back to hotel. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 7: FREE

The day is reserved for leisure. By prior arrangement you can take an optional tour to Trieste or any other tour according to your wishes. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 8: SLOVENIAN COAST - AIRPORT

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Optionally: prolong your stay in Slovenia.
